Update
- Reading: read everything up to and including Chapter 7 (Types, Methods, and Interfaces) of Learning Go, over the last few days.
- Learning by doing:
- Exercism: the easy exercises seem tedious now; prob just doing more boot.dev today.
- boot.dev: HTTP servers (Chirpy) course
- Load all the context, and get back to where I was. Including some shenanigans with having forgotten to push from my laptop, etc.
- Completed the remainder of the ‘Storage’ chapter.
- SRification: none today, sadly. Bit up and down here.
- MathAcademy: 51/45 XP (MoP)
Reflection
I’m going to add my mathematical explorations here as well. More detailed meta upcoming. TL;DR: MathAcademy as the bow of the icebreaker/the spearhead, and my own program of study as for hyperobject-unification(s).
Ref the programming, now the easy problems seem often more tedious than not. May still be worthwhile warmups, but prob not more than that, I think. I’m already doing consolidation with the SR, so I don’t expect putting more time into the Easies is going to do much; better to spend time on the frontier, and on consolidation.
So going forward, Exercism is in the nice-to-have, or if-I-want-a-bit-of-a-break category.
